Does your company have access to the EHG Partner Portal?
In your company there is a person responsible for the EHG Partner Portal - the administrator (Admin). At the beginning, they receive all the information they need to create access/authorisations for the company and the employees. -
Have you been created in the EHG Partner Portal by your admin?
The admin in your company can create an account for you. If necessary, please contact your admin and ask them for access with the authorisations required for your activity.

Don't know your access data for the EHG Partner Portal?
Please ask your admin for your login details.
Admin: As an admin, you will receive an email with unique login details, which you can customise after your first login. If you have forgotten your password as an admin, you can use the "Have you forgotten your password?" function.
USER: As a user, you will receive an e-mail with unique login details, which you can customise after your first login. If you as a user have forgotten your password, you can use the "Have you forgotten your password?" function. -
Are you using the correct login name/user?
Please ask your admin for your login name.

Are you using the right password? Have you forgotten your password?
You can reset your password at any time using the "Have you forgotten your password?" button.
Please note:
The email with the information for resetting the password is sent from the email address "noreply@erwinhymergroup.com".
If you have not received the desired e-mail within a few minutes, please check the following options::
SPAM folder: In our experience, many e-mail programmes initially classify these e-mails as SPAM. It is therefore essential that you check the SPAM folder of your e-mail programme.
Other: Do you use Microsoft Office 365? Microsoft uses a new option to independently divide emails into "Relevant" and "Other". Please also check the "Other" section in your Outlook. More information and images can be found here.

Have you not been logged into the EHG Partner Portal for a while?
Ask your admin to check your access. If this no longer exists, ask your admin to create a new account for you. If necessary, ask for your login name and reset your password if in doubt.

Can't see all the brands (anymore)?
Please check the respective authorisations via your admin. If necessary, you or your admin can ask the relevant brands.
